This cable hanger designed safely can exert its function fully no matter how abnormal force is imposed in any directions. It can be applied to a round type cable or a plate type cable. If cables have the same capacity, a cable with better bending performance is favorite.
  
  
  Components 
  
This cable hanger is installed in H beam and I beam which are installed in parallel with the running track of the drive device.
This device is comprised of the beam which has the same length as the moving distance of the drive device and of a storage where hangers are put together. If this storage is smaller than the space of the drive device, it is possible to extend the beam and secure an enough space to put together hangers. The standards of the beam are I150×75 및 HI50×75.
  If the running track of the drive device is a standard beam, it is possible to install a hanger in the track directly. For the head of the cable hanger in each model, lead clamp to connect to towing arm is used. Track clamp is fixed with bolts in the position for cable fixing.
  One side is connected to the terminal of cable junction box, and the other side is connected to a cable hanger which has a bumper on both ends. An auxiliary rope can be hung depending on the leep depth, running speed, and acceleration of the cable of the hunger. WJH-05 needs no auxiliary rope. That is because the wires to install have enough tension for a running speed. In case of a special specification, an auxiliary rope can be used.
